It's a Stretch

It could have been the standard read, but they went for the newsreel look and sound, and while the gimmick doesn't necessarily enhance the message, it's like a spoon full of sugar in this case. It even makes me forgive the fact that analogy ("he's not riding Kentucky's horse") they're using doesn't really make much sense, even if they close that loop at the end of the spot.
